Recovery MMJ stands behind our products 100%. Unopened products can be returned 15 days from receipt of the purchased product based on criteria within this policy. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged except if defective or damaged. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for either a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same or like new condition when you received it. Please provide a receipt for proof of purchase to receive a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied towards the original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, only defective or damaged products will be replaced for the exact same product or products. If damaged was caused through shipping, You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.

*Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale, Private or White label orders.
If you don’t receive a refund, first check with your credit card or bank account. There is a 3-5 business day processing time before a refund is posted. If you have checked with your credit card company or bank and have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Shipping Info
All products are shipped in a discrete packaging.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please notify us immediately before your order is shipped out. Please email us at [email protected] and tell us your order number and preferred shipping method with your credit card ready.
