Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged except if defective or damaged. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for either a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same or like new condition when you received it. Please provide a receipt for proof of purchase to receive a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied towards the original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, only defective or damaged products will be replaced for the exact same product or products. If damaged was caused through shipping, You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.
